Training 4 Business Ltd is owned and run by Marie Hunter. Marie has over 20 years' experience in designing and delivering training in all sizes and types of organisations. She has worked in both the public and private sectors. As well as running her own business, Marie is a Business Champion for the East Midlands.
Marie specialises in designing and facilitating interventions that inspire individuals to address personal change. She has deep expertise in one-to-one and group work and an impressive and professional delivery style.
She works from a passionate belief in the ability of training and development to make a difference to individuals and organisations. Marie's style fuses a people-centred approach with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
Marie has a first degree in History and Politics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling and Consultancy and a ITD Certificate in Training. She is also qualified in level A and B Psychometrics as well as Myers Briggs type assessment.
The Training 4 Business team also includes a number of personally selected training and development professionals, who each bring their own expertise.
